Public Housing

The Hibbing Housing & Redevelopment Authority offers subsidized housing for families and individuals that meet the income guidelines set by The Federal Government. Apartment rent and utilities are based on 30% of total household gross income.

Park Terrace Manor – located at 301 East 18th Street. It features 19 one-bedroom apartments, in a secure setting, located within walking distance to downtown and Bennett Park.

Seventh Avenue – located at 3230 East Seventh Avenue. This 69-unit complex is located in a serene setting, close to shopping, clinics and hospital.

Haven Court – located on the 3100 and 3200 blocks of 6th Avenue East. This complex features one bedroom apartments, as well as 2, 3, and 4 bedroom townhouses.

First Avenue Apartments – located at 2315 First Avenue. This complex features 60 one-bedroom apartments, a community room and 2 private courtyards.
